FAQ
Which files can I print?
STL and 3MF (from Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, Tinkercad, Fusion, and others), plus .gcode.3mf. Maximum 30 MB per file. Export STEP, OBJ, or other formats to STL/3MF first. This page takes one file; to order several files at once, use the shop page.
Which materials and colors are available?
The form only shows materials and colors that are actually in stock right now, usually PLA in several colors. Need another material (PETG, TPU) or a specific color? Ask the shop via WhatsApp.
How accurate are the prints?
We print on FDM printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Dimensions are typically within ±0.2 mm, details below 0.8 mm or walls thinner than 1.2 mm may not print cleanly, and layer lines remain visible. For parts that must fit together (hinges, screws, lids), allow 0.2–0.4 mm clearance in your design.
How much is shipping?
Print prices exclude shipping. At checkout, choose free collection or the shop's flat rate for your zone, and you will see the total before paying.
Can I cancel?
Yes, as long as printing hasn't started: contact the shop via WhatsApp and your money is refunded through Midtrans. Once printing has started, refunds apply only to defective prints. See the Terms for details.
How long does it take?
The estimated ready date is shown before you pay, based on your file's print time, the current printer queue, working hours, and finishing time. The date you see at checkout becomes the shop's commitment and appears on your order status page.
