Privacy policy

• Free cost calculator: model files and the rates you enter, without your name or contact details.
• Shop quotes: model files and your choice of material, color, and quality.
• Orders: name, WhatsApp number, email, address and city if the order is shipped, notes, order contents, and payment status from Midtrans.
• Waitlist on sakvora.id: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), business name, number and brands of printers, and your answers.
• Sakvora app accounts (business owners and members): name, email, password (stored as a hash that no one can read), role in the organisation, and last sign-in time.
• Business data in the app: printers, model files and sliced files, print jobs, filament, rates and costs, products, orders, QC, piece-rate work, shop orders, API tokens, and feedback you send, including screenshots.
• Security records: a history of key changes (members, roles, rates, exports, deletions) and failed sign-in attempts, with shortened IP addresses. Rate limiters store IP addresses and emails only as random codes.
• Technical records: IP addresses converted into random codes to limit abuse, plus standard server logs.

To calculate prices, create and process orders, contact you about your orders, keep the shop's books, and prevent abuse. Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

• The owner and team of the shop where you place an order.
• In the app: only members of your organisation, according to their roles. Each organisation's data is kept separate; other organisations cannot see it.
• Midtrans, to process payments.
• Sakvora's operators, only to keep the system running.
• Order pages can only be opened through a random link and do not show your WhatsApp number, email, or address.

• Hosting: servers and file storage managed by Sakvora's operators; the location will be listed here once the owner has confirmed it.
• Email: Resend, to send order emails, invitations, and export links (email address and message content).
• Payment: Midtrans for shop orders; app subscription billing will follow (not available yet).
• Shipping: courier rate providers (RajaOngkir/Komerce or Biteship) receive only the destination city and package weight, without your name or address.
• The shop's own Discord notifications, if the shop owner turns them on: order or job summaries without customer emails or addresses.

Payments are processed by Midtrans. Sakvora never receives or stores your card numbers, PINs, or bank account details. We store only the transaction status, amount, method, and reference number.

• Cost calculator files and quote files that are not ordered: up to 24 hours, then deleted automatically.
• Order data and ordered files: as long as needed to fulfil orders and handle complaints, and for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting and tax.
• Waitlist: until the Sakvora trial opens, or until you ask for it to be deleted.
• Business data in the app: while your organisation is active. An organisation deleted by its owner is kept for 30 days (and can still be restored), then permanently deleted along with its files.
• Sliced files in the app: 90 days after the last job that used them (planned policy; until enabled, files remain while the organisation is active).
• Data export files: 24 hours. Rate limiter (random codes): up to 1 day. Activity history shown to owners: the last 90 days.
• Server logs: 30 days.

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data. Data that must be kept by law is retained until its retention period ends. For order data, contact the shop you ordered from; for anything else, contact Sakvora's operator (see Contact).

App users can do this themselves under Account & data: export all organisation data (a ZIP with CSV and model files), delete organisation (owners), and delete account. The same page also has Sign out of all devices.

Each shop's data is kept separate, app access uses accounts and roles, connections use HTTPS, and shop payment keys are stored encrypted.

Cookies are used only to sign you in to the app, remember the selected organisation, and store your language preference. Shop pages, the calculator, and this page do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

This policy may be updated. This page always shows the current version and its date.
